Q: How do I get products into your box?

A: We are always looking to add to our product range, if you have an eco friendly, sustainable product that you would like us to stock, please contact martin@finnandbee.co.uk and we will be happy to have a chat with you.

Q: My order hasn’t arrived what should I do?

A: Please contact us on martin@finnandbee.co.uk in the first instance. Our default shipping service for the UK is Royal Mail 2nd class signed for, please allow 3 working days after your confirmation email that your order has been posted for delivery, if you haven't received it after the 3 days.

Q: I loved a product in your box, how can I get more?

A: All of the items that come in our pre-made boxes are available to be purchased individually, unless the item is sold out, you will be able to purchase it.

Q: Is everything you stock 100% eco friendly?

A: Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the products we stock are 100% eco friendly, there are occasions where we receive toys with unexpected packaging. We are trying very hard to avoid this and are learning as we go. We will continue to work with all of our suppliers to eliminate all single use plastic. If you have any concerns please contact martin@finnandbee.co.uk. This currently only affects a small number of toys that we stock.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at martin@finnandbee.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Payments can currently be made by secure card payment, Paypal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Q: How much is shipping and how long will it take?

A: Shipping in the UK is £2.50. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for. Please allow up to 3 working days from the date your package is sent.

Q: What happens if I’m not in when delivery is attempted?

A: Royal mail will normally leave a card if they have missed you and you can collect from your local delivery centre or post office, this entirely depends on Royal Mail, we have no influence over this. If for any reason your order is returned to us, we will contact you immediately.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we ship internationally. We use Royal Mail International Signed for service. We charge £10 for shipping anywhere in the world. For Europe the delivery aim is 3-5 working days and for the rest of the world it is 5-7 working days.


Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
